Great upgrade for my 500x!

I took a chance that this would work for my 2022 Fiat 500x trekking as the Compass frame is a model match. It fit perfectly and was a strait forward install. I take some ruff roads to where I camp and so a metal plate is a much appreciated upgrade. It will add time when I do oil change and wish that a door was provided to access the drain bolt and filter. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this upgrade for my 500x.

Great Skid Plate Option!

Easy installation - all considering, the plate was light weight. Used it on an easy trail and it did a fantastic job. Will need to enlarge oil service port to accommodate the Compass' 2.4L engine. Other than that, awesome product! Hope you could make some skid plates for the center drive shaft and rear differential for this vehicle.

We haven't tested it on the 2.4L yet (as mentioned on the product page), and we'd like some more details about the fitment on model of yours. Except the englarge of the drain hole, did it fit perfectly? Could you provide us some photos and details after you enlarge the drain plug? Why did you had to enlarge it at first place?

ASFIR makes a great product. I have installed their products on both my Gladiator and our Willys. The 2026 fitment was great, but an absolute pain in the butt to line up the nut in the frame. That took the most time. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for that design idea.

The installer could not find enough washers (grommets), maybe the packers made an error. I could use FOUR additional washers...these are meant to allow better sliding over rocks. PLEASE SEND.
