5. Overseas Disclosure — Where Your Information Goes

This is important for our business in particular, so we want to be upfront about it: because ASFIR AU operates on a drop-shipping model, your order and shipping details are sent overseas as part of fulfilling your order.

Specifically, we disclose your name, shipping address, phone number, and order details to:

  • ASFIR's manufacturing facility in Israel, where some products are made to order and shipped directly to you.
  • ASFIR's distribution warehouse in Arizona, USA, where other products are stocked and shipped from.
  • International couriers (such as FedEx), who need your details to deliver your order and to process customs and duty clearance on our behalf.

We only send the information needed to get your order to you and through customs — we don't sell this information, and we don't share it with these partners for their own marketing purposes.

Because Israel and the United States don't have the same data protection framework as Australia, we can't guarantee your information will receive the exact same statutory protections overseas as it would under Australian law. However, we only share what's necessary for order fulfilment, and we choose partners we trust to handle it responsibly.
