These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ASFIR 4x4 Australia website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

ASFIR 4x4 Australia ("ASFIR AU", "we", "us", "our") is the official Australian distributor of ASFIR 4x4 vehicle protection products, manufactured by ASFIR in Migdal HaEmek, Israel (established 1986).

2. Products, Fitment & Compatibility
We list the vehicle makes, models, and years each product is compatible with on the relevant product page. Please check this carefully — including engine and drivetrain variant — before ordering, or contact us at asfir4x4au@gmail.com and we'll help confirm compatibility before you buy.
Product images, colours, and specifications are provided as a guide and may vary slightly from the item received (for example, due to manufacturing batch or monitor display differences).
If we've stated a product is compatible with your listed vehicle and it genuinely doesn't fit, that's covered under our Refund Policy as a faulty/incorrect item, not as a change of mind.
3. Orders & Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — it doesn't yet mean we've accepted it or guaranteed availability. A contract for sale is only formed once we dispatch your order (or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing).
Because most products are shipped to order from overseas (Israel or our US warehouse in Arizona), stock availability can change between browsing and checkout. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we'll contact you as soon as possible to offer a substitute, a wait, or a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, except where stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of order.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund if you don't wish to continue at the corrected price.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Delivered Duty Paid)
For orders over $1,000 AUD, the price you pay at checkout includes Australian customs duty and GST on the imported goods. You should not receive a separate customs or duty bill from our courier for these orders — ASFIR AU handles this directly with the courier on your behalf (Delivered Duty Paid).
For orders under $1,000 AUD, low-value import GST rules may apply; where relevant, this is also handled as part of the price you pay and not charged to you separately.
If you're ever contacted by a courier asking you to pay customs or duty charges directly, please don't pay it — contact us first at asfir4x4au@gmail.com so we can resolve it.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to order, directly from ASFIR's manufacturing facility in Israel or from our US distribution warehouse in Arizona, depending on the product and stock availability.
- We aim to process and dispatch orders within a few business days of order confirmation.
- Because products ship internationally, delivery timeframes vary by product origin and customs clearance — we'll provide an estimated delivery window at checkout and in your order confirmation, and keep you updated if there's a delay.
- We're not able to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers for large items (bash plates, rock sliders) due to freight requirements.
- Large or heavy orders may be split into multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers, at no extra cost to you.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and aren't guaranteed, as they depend on international freight and customs clearance outside our direct control.
7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Our approach to faulty items, change of mind, cancellations, and our Lifetime Limited Warranty is set out in full in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — see Section 9 below.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product photography, descriptions, logos, and the ASFIR 4x4 brand — is owned by ASFIR or licensed to ASFIR 4x4 Australia. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, including a right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and a right to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the ACL, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products is limited, at our option, to the repair or replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or the cost of doing so. We aren't liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, except where the law doesn't allow that exclusion.
10. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to interfere with its security or normal operation (for example, through unauthorised automated access, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the site). We may suspend or restrict access to the website at our discretion, including to protect against fraud or misuse.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You and ASFIR AU both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia for any dispute arising from these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or operational model. The current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date.
